We have access to official Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) cadastral records and can calculate and undertake the fieldwork necessary to locate your boundary. Zorn Surveying employs a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor who is given authority under the Cadastral Survey Act to undertake this work. We can also survey existing fence lines and buildings to ascertain their relationship to the boundary.
